When answering the study questions for Romeo and Juliet, please make sure that your answer does not simply repeat what another student has already written. You will not receive credit for comments that do little more than repeat what someone else has already said.
If you happen to agree with a previous comment, acknowledge the writer’s opinion by writing, “I agree with x, however…” and then add you own ideas and examples to extend the conversation. Alternatively, you might find it interesting to explore the opposing side of an argument by disagreeing, even if it’s not what you personally believe.
Also, please keep in mind that while you are answering these questions online, this is still an English homework assignment and I expect that you follow the grammatical rules of Standard English. In short, no netspeak!
